The Role We are looking for a Sr Manager of People Activation and Enablement (PAE) in EMEA to lead during an exciting time of growth and expansion at Netskope! This role understands and interprets HR policies and programs to provide exceptional service on a variety of tasks while ensuring the application and delivery of services is both globally consistent and locally relevant. You also play a significant role in global compliance initiatives, including but not limited to records retention, work authorizations, and our growing workforce in support of SOX compliance.
This is a highly dynamic role that requires you to quickly jump from your creative to analytical brain while maintaining poise and accountability. You will report to the Director, People Activation and Enablement and collaborate cross functionally and proactively with key stakeholders to ensure the highest levels of customer service, and overall systems and operational efficiency.
