As part of the New Market Growth team, you will collaborate directly with the in-country teams and support with project management of growth initiatives that require in-depth understanding of the audience as well as the market. This exciting role allows for opportunities to travel, advance your career and get an understanding of all business functions over time.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new growth opportunities to acquire and retain customers, leveraging insights, product and performance data, market trends, and growth best practices.
  2. Identify and prioritize blockers and levers for growth in priority countries.
  3. Project manage growth initiatives end to end.
  4. Document playbooks, wins and lessons learned on an ongoing basis.
  5. Research and propose local adjustments needed to optimize new market launches and long-term business success (new sales channels, logistics, customer support, etc.) to achieve revenue goals.
  6. Deeply understand the customer and Bluebeam experience in the country, elevating insights to drive localized improvements to the customer experience.
  7. Develop and maintain weekly metrics, forecasts and updates based on a detailed understanding of market expansion plans.
  8. Identify and drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency locally in the market and across the business.
  9. Champion strategic customer-focused projects and execute approved plans by working cross-functionally and collaboratively.
Skills and Experience required:
  1. Experience engaging and influencing senior business leaders, with strong familiarity regarding international business dynamics and/or Go-to-Market launch requirements.
  2. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  3. Demonstrated track record of cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership through influence.
  4. Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  5. Project management experience coordinating efforts with stakeholders to manage tight timelines.
  6. Strong business judgment and communication skills.
  7. Bias to action and willingness to experiment rapidly.
  8. Significant experience in go-to-market functions, growth, international operations, consulting, software, or other technical disciplines.
  9. Bonus if you have experience in early and growth stage startups working with lean teams.
What We Offer:
  • People-focused, entrepreneurial start-up culture with the backing of a stable, global, corporate entity – Nemetschek.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package (medical, dental, education reimbursement and wellness resources).
  • Work-life balance fostered through a culture of diversity, inclusion, and appreciation of individual lifestyle needs.
  • You will have the opportunity for continuous professional development.
