Job description

Reporting to the People & Culture team, this Senior Learning & Development Specialist role is key in developing, implementing, and evaluating learning & development programs that enhance leadership, compliance, and careers. Remote work is available, with some travel and flexible hours to support all time zones.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Organizational Effectiveness, Psychology, HR/LMS technologies, Learning and Development, or related field
  • Experience in developing and delivering training sessions
  • Ability to design, facilitate, and measure virtual and in-person training for various audiences
  • 3+ years as a people manager or 4+ years as a project/learning leader, with stakeholder and project management skills
  • Experience managing eLearning within blended learning programs
  • Experience in belonging, engagement, change management, onboarding, or performance management
  • Experience working with suppliers, managing budgets, and measuring ROI
  • Certification in psychometric or 360 assessment tools
  • Coaching or mentoring certification/experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Guide and coach business leaders and employees on leadership, development, and succession planning
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide learning opportunities
  • Develop training materials, including eLearning, guides, and presentations
  • Conduct performance consulting sessions using assessment tools
  • Become an expert in ‘the Flexera way’ and assist with blended learning programs
  • Support organizational effectiveness initiatives like communication, engagement, and data analysis
