We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams, increase their performance, productivity, and shape organizational culture.

This role allows you to connect deeply with clients' businesses, facilitate team journeys, and develop innovative solutions. It also involves supporting leadership development initiatives and providing executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
  • Designing customized leadership development programs on various topics.
  • Delivering remote Learning and Leadership Development Programs.
  • Providing Executive Coaching and feedback using our CORE assessment tools, along with Train-the-Trainer programs.
  • Creating new programs leveraging existing building blocks.
  • Establishing professional relationships with clients.
  • Co-creating impactful team leadership development journeys.
  • Applying organizational change management approaches and tools.

Qualifications include:

  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
  • ICF Coaching Certification.
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders to develop cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in designing and facilitating effective team meetings, content, and materials.
  • Experience consulting in-house with a consultancy firm is a plus.
  • Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
  • Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks seamlessly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to develop subject matter expertise.
