We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams in increasing performance, productivity, and shaping culture.

This role allows you to connect deeply with clients' businesses, facilitating team journeys that lead to innovative solutions. It also involves supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
  • Designing customized leadership development programs on various topics.
  • Delivering remote Learning and Leadership Development Programs.
  • Providing Executive Coaching and feedback using our CORE assessment products, along with "Train-the-Trainer" programs for scaling.
  • Leveraging existing building blocks to create new programs.
  • Building productive, professional relationships with clients.
  • Co-creating impactful team leadership development journeys.
  • Applying organizational change management approaches and tools.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
  • ICF Coaching Certification.
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders on cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in designing and facilitating effective team meetings and content.
  • Experience consulting in-house or with a consultancy is a plus.
  • Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and models.
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic and tactical tasks.
  • Effective communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to develop expertise in key areas.
