Responsibilities:

• Design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of IT application systems.
• Maintain a secure and highly available application environment.
• Identify and implement features, functions, and AI capabilities to support internal client business plans.
• Investigate and troubleshoot application issues of a complex nature, identify improvements in existing applications, and communicate these effectively to the appropriate teams.

How you’ll succeed in this role:

• Take initiative to identify problems and propose team projects that resolve them.
• Own the design, planning, execution, and testing for projects, enhancements, and break/fix issues.
• Assume end-to-end responsibility for designing, implementing, and maintaining application lifecycle.
• Work with teams to solve problems, escalating issues with wider scope.
• Engage in problem solving and encourage team members to work through issues with narrower scope.
• Establish relationships with various teams to troubleshoot issues and develop long-term solutions.
• Design, configure, implement, and maintain applications and services, researching and establishing best practices.
• Lead and/or participate in projects as a technical subject matter expert.
• Analyze new functionality in application releases to determine usage.
• Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation for internal teams.
• Manage Google Workspace within the corporate system and service environment.
• Experience managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.

• Prioritize multiple requests, projects, and activities effectively, often working under pressure.
