Looking for a talented Implementation Consultant who thrives on solving complex business challenges and guiding customers through a successful implementation journey.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer engagements, driving discovery, solution design, and configuration of billing platform
• Translate business needs into system functionality through strong documentation and configuration
• Deliver demos, perform testing, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Design and document business process flows, data conversion plans, and integration strategies
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on best practices in billing and monetization
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support)
  
  

What You Bring

• 6-8+ years of experience as a functional analyst or implementation consultant in SaaS, Quote-to-Cash, or billing solutions (Salesforce)
• Hands-on understanding of billing systems and revenue lifecycle processes
• Strong business analysis and documentation skills (ERDs, data flow diagrams, functional specs)
• Familiarity with cloud integration tools and third-party systems
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to lead customer sessions independently
