Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sr. Security Engineer to join our Security Team. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining and improving our security infrastructure, protecting our organization from cyber threats, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Design and optimize the IdP/IAM system architecture and functionality.
• Develop and implement identity lifecycle management strategies, including user (de)provisioning, authorization management, and role assignment.
• Integrate IAM/PAM with internal and third-party platforms, ensuring interoperability and supporting protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and LDAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, development, business departments) to implement IdP/IAM projects.
• Oversee the daily operations, monitoring, and optimization of the company’s internal IdP/IAM systems to ensure high availability and stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, with experience in IAM or IdP-related domains.
• Deep understanding of technologies in the identity and access management domain, including protocols and standards like SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and SCIM.
• Familiarity with at least one mainstream IdP/IAM platform, such as Okta, Azure AD, Keycloak, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in automation and operations, with knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Shell).
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to drive complex projects.
• Basic proficiency in English for communication, with the ability to write technical documentation and participate in discussions fluently preferred.
