The Pay Equity Analytics & Compliance Team, part of Global Talent Management & Compensation within Amazon, handles equal pay analysis, pay equity analytics, and statutory pay equity reporting across Amazon. We define Amazon's global strategy for pay equity analysis, create annual pay gap reports, and support legal compliance activities such as audits and litigation. The Compliance Service Program manages Amazon's statutory pay equity reporting, including project management, risk assessment, data analysis, and legislative monitoring.

As a Senior Risk and Compliance Manager, you'll work with HR policy, processes, and systems to manage pay equity and reporting requirements. This involves legal research, translating requirements into system or process changes, monitoring controls, and developing remediation plans for emerging risks, such as new legislation or business changes.

Key responsibilities include leading global compliance programs, partnering with legal teams, managing project timelines, analyzing data, interpreting compliance requirements, communicating with stakeholders, preparing reports, driving process improvements, and designing standardized processes. Flexibility and focus on Amazon's success are essential.

The ideal candidate is organized, effective in communication, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management
