Job Title: SR HR Generalist
(This is a Hybrid position working 2 days a week in the SBH Support Center)

Essential Function
This position provides general human resources support to leaders in partnership with their HR Business Partner leader. Serves as the primary HR contact for associates and directors regarding talent acquisition and development, associate relations, compliance and policy management, engagement activities, and company DIB initiatives. Drives and manages the implementation of programs promoting strong associate engagement. Assists Directors in talent assessment and succession planning processes. May also perform routine administrative functions including follow-up support with center partners.
Primary Duties
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to field management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Counsel and guide to proactively resolve concerns in alignment with company standards and expectations, escalating concerns to HRBP leader as needed.
- Partners with leadership to support and lead performance and talent management programs, with attention to follow-up and implementation of related initiatives as the HR leader.
- Utilizes company procedures, standards, policies, and other reference materials to assist in timely communication in accordance with our company purpose and values.
- Conducts weekly touch bases with key leaders focusing on consistency across the company on implementation of programs, onboarding, training. Provides proactive feedback on trends, issues, and wins.
- Supports communication of total reward programs and involves in associate education by driving initiatives and events to increase engagement and create a welcoming environment for all.
- Counsels and guides to proactively resolve concerns in alignment with company standards and expectations, escalating concerns to HRBP leader as needed.
- Drives recruiting strategies to build a talent pipeline, identify opportunity areas, and assess field leader abilities to determine talent opportunities. Engages in talent reviews and succession planning, promoting the right talent and building career paths for high performers.
- Partners with Regional Team on business objectives. Participates in regional meetings and calls regularly.
- Manages day-to-day HR activities including record keeping, internal communication, and events.
- Completes additional HR projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership/industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive human resources experience.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation, organizational structure, positive associate relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and employment laws.
- SHRM or HRCI certification a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for regional meetings and field visits.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and HR Systems.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
The work is sedentary with some walking, standing, bending, and light carrying. No special physical demands are required.
