A global e-commerce leader in the City of Westminster is looking for a Senior Corporate HR Business Partner. This role focuses on delivering strategic HR initiatives, fostering relationships with business leaders, and providing HR expertise in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have experience as a strategic Business Partner, excellent communication skills, and a degree. Knowledge of employment law is a plus.
Deliver results - drive significant change through business-critical people projects and plans.
Strategy into action - develop and own the delivery of the strategic HR plan for each supported business, ensuring alignment with EMEA and global PXT goals.
Senior leader partnerships - own and manage relationships with client group business leaders.
Consulting - act as a consultant to client groups, providing input on HR implications of strategic and operational decisions, and be an integral part of each group's management team.
Talent management - support and develop line managers in fostering a performance culture through coaching, talent assessments, succession planning, and training programs.
HR expertise - provide expert advice on employment legislation, policies, and practices. Supervise HR staff and contribute as an individual contributor.
Generalist HR - focus on employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, and understanding of compensation, benefits, and development activities.
Cross-regional alignment - ensure coordination with colleagues across US and EMEA, covering both Operations and Corporate units.
A day in the life - Our clients are mainly in EMEA, with a global HRBP team. Success involves building strong relationships, understanding business goals, translating them into impactful HR actions, and being proactive and results-driven.
