Job Description:

Project Kuiper aims to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites to provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to underserved communities worldwide.

The Senior Global Expansions Manager will oversee global expansion efforts in new regions to support Project Kuiper's growth. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders and thrive in ambiguous environments with competing priorities.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive results and advocate for both internal and external customers, balancing pushback with diplomacy.

This position may involve access to export-controlled information, technology, or hardware, subject to U.S. export laws. Employment is contingent upon obtaining necessary export licenses or approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with over 30 teams across Kuiper BizOps, Ground Infrastructure, Regulatory, Legal, and Corporate Services to advance project deliverables and manage timelines.
2. Assess risks, make trade-offs, and prioritize tasks proactively to address challenges.
3. Collaborate with the business to understand pain points and set accurate stakeholder expectations.
4. Maintain regular reporting on progress, achievements, and risks.

A Day in the Life:

The Global Expansions team manages all country expansion efforts, establishing operational structures to enable global business and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience developing strategies that influence organizational leadership decisions.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating schedules.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Program or project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience interpreting data to inform business decisions.
