We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team in Chattogram. The candidate will be responsible for managing company accounts, financial reporting, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the Accounts & Finance Department.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain company accounts, cash and bank transactions.
  • Prepare receipt & payment statements, cash/fund flow, stock records, trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet.
  • Handle Tax & VAT related documentation and compliance.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable, cash receipts, treasury & budgeting, and financial reconciliation.
  • Monitor and review vouchers (Debit, Credit, Journal, Sales, Purchase etc.).
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports with variance analysis.
  • Ensure implementation of proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  • Supervise the use of ERP, QuickBooks, Tally, and other financial software.
  • Ensure regular maintenance and backup of accounting systems.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
