Job summary

Genpact (UK) Limited is seeking a Sr. Engineer for Testing & Quality Assurance to lead annotation and evaluation of AI-powered solutions. You will validate AI outputs against gold standards, create and review annotation schemas, and drive quality improvements across use cases.

You’ll work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure accuracy, traceability and governance, while mentoring junior staff and advancing best practices in annotation and QA.

Qualifications

• Experience in data annotation, evaluation and QA for AI systems.
• Background with Databricks Genie and SQL querying for validation and testing.
• Advanced English communication and documentation for quality processes.
