We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer to join our team in Twickenham, London, to develop award-winning radio station apps worldwide. All In Media (www.thisisaim.com), part of the Xperi group, leads in radio technology, supplying broadcast systems and mobile apps globally. Our products include broadcast systems, mobile apps, and integrations with Sonos, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Apple Watch, and Android Wear.

Our studio broadcast system, Rapid, recently won the NAB Product of the Year award and is used by hundreds of radio stations globally. We have released over 500 apps and dominate markets in the UK, Ireland, and Australia, with recent expansion into the USA. We work with major radio groups including ABC, BBC, Bauer, Global Radio, Hubbard Broadcasting, MediaCo, New York Public Radio, Nova Entertainment, and SBS.

The Products

Our mobile app products operate on iOS and Android devices, using APIs to receive content. The apps depend partly on customer infrastructure for functionality such as audio streaming.

Responsibilities include

1. Design and develop stand-alone iOS apps.
2. Develop the All In Media mobile framework, a native platform to accelerate radio app development, including app-side elements and support infrastructure.
3. Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and app builds.
4. Brainstorm and prototype new ideas to stay ahead of the competition.

Essential skills and experience:

• Excellent iOS development skills with Swift and a proven app portfolio.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team.
• Strong coding fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in platforms and integrations like Chromecast, Android Auto, CarPlay, Alexa, Sonos.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Understanding of design and UX principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Experience on other mobile platforms is a plus.
