Job Description

Position: Electrical Engineer

Industry: Engineering / Industrial Power Systems

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development of complete deliverable packages based on approved project proposals.
  2. Independently manage tasks across all project phases from concept to final deliverables.
  3. Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams to gather design inputs and ensure alignment.
  4. Oversee and manage multiple, concurrent design and construction project schedules.
  5. Conduct quality control (QC) and Professional Engineer (PE) reviews of team members' work.
  6. Participate in high-level QC discussions, providing abstract feedback and guidance on engineering concepts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Proven experience in industrial power distribution and motor control systems, including contract drawing development and certifications.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and standard specifications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, professional demeanor for working effectively with peers, clients, and stakeholders.
