The Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program is an integral part of fulfilling customers' orders in the last mile space. The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a successful package delivery business with low startup costs and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience. To develop the DSP program, the Sr. DSP Acquisition Specialist works closely with a team of Business Development Managers to recruit and onboard DSPs.
The Sr. DSP Acquisition Specialist is an integral partner in managing recruiting and onboarding activities from application vetting to final interview management, supports entrepreneurs in creating their new company and the onboarding process in our system.
Key job responsibilities
To fulfill these tasks, the Sr. DSP Acquisition Specialist is able to build trusting relationships with our external DSP candidates, identifying qualified candidates and accompanying them throughout the recruiting and onboarding funnel. To deliver a great candidate experience, the Sr. DSP Acquisition Specialist has great communication skills, the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoys the challenge of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. In order to meet our targets, the Sr. DSP Acquisition Specialist uses software tools (Excel, Outlook, Salesforce) and has a keen eye to deliver their goal in the form of candidate experience and quality within set deadlines.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
