A global sportswear company is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and expand sales operations across pan-European accounts. The role includes developing strategic sales plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing significant revenue targets. Candidates should have extensive experience in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the market dynamics in EMEA, particularly in apparel and footwear. This position is based in the Manchester Area, UK and requires up to 60% travel.

Lead and grow our sales operations across multiple pan European Accounts, through European markets.
This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with pan European key Accounts, specifically JD, and other partners across the region. This role will also lead our Digital Sales team to drive growth across key channels.
When it applies (e.g. JD), this role takes a global responsibility that can go from coordination (e.g. core range, Brand SinS, activation calendar…) to leading (e.g. selling in part or all the business…) the Customer(s) for its Global business.
Working in partnership with other PODs leaders, across channels (wholesales) and internal functions to enable sustainable growth matching our LRP ambition.
