The iRobot EU business has grown rapidly, and this geography continues to hold significant potential. With one robot out of two purchased online, and the consumer journey starting there, an outstanding DtC Content Specialist - Ecommerce is required to support the next chapter of growth. iRobot has invested significantly into people, systems, and processes of the DTC business function over the past two years and is growing fast towards > 20% of EU revenues.
The role will report to the EMEA DtC Digital Marketing Director and be a highly visible position with significant scope for autonomy and career progression.
iRobot is seeking a DtC Content Specialist – Ecommerce to join our EMEA Digital Marketing Team in London. This resource will be a member of the EMEA Digital Marketing team who enable best-in-class consumer experience on iRobot’s owned digital properties, operating as a center of excellence for our market clusters. This role manages overall content management and authoring for iRobot, delivering relevant and meaningful content to drive website engagement and performance.
The DtC Content Specialist - Ecommerce will work alongside iRobot’s web design, development, and marketing groups to ensure that consistent, up-to-date content is available to users of iRobot’s 9 public-facing websites in EMEA. They will interface and liaise directly with various departments across the company to meet all website content needs.
This position requires a curious and dynamic individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The role involves agile sprint-based solutioning, fostering alignment within and across teams, and building strong relationships with wider EMEA departments & global teams. The candidate should be self-driven, proactive, organized, flexible, and a good team player with strong collaboration and listening skills.
