Responsibilities:

  1. Provide leadership and lend experience to complex IFS projects, including new software implementations, upgrades, and improvement projects.
  2. Demonstrate significant knowledge of IFS applications and methodologies that support successful software projects.
  3. Facilitate client research and gather requirements.
  4. Define current and future processes and business requirements.
  5. Module configuration and defining data models.
  6. Testing, training, and implementation support.
  7. Execute project tasks and create deliverables such as executive presentations, functional and technical specification documentation, design documentation, process documentation, and business requirements.
  8. Assist client team members to meet goals and transfer knowledge to maintain implemented software solutions.
  9. Deliver Exceptional Client Service (ECS) to all client interactions and projects.
  10. Maintain current knowledge base in area of expertise through continuing education and participation in professional organizations.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of five years of IFS implementation experience as a consultant or on a client team is required.
  2. In-depth functional knowledge within the Supply Chain area of IFS.
  3. Understanding of an ERP project delivery methodology is preferred.
  4. Demonstrated excellent oral, written, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to provide exceptional client service and work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  6. Must be able to work non-standard and extended hours, based on project demand, and to travel overnight.
