The Sr. Consultant I, Pricing role collaborates closely with sales teams to develop financial models supporting business expansion with new and existing clients. They act as financial consultants within engagement teams, helping craft strategies to win business and supporting junior pricers through training and mentorship.

What you will do in this role

  • Collaborating with solution architects, sales, delivery, IT, TA, and pursuit teams to prepare pricing and financials for new business, expansion, and renewals.
  • Designing and quantifying strategies to close sales opportunities, modeling financial impacts to aid decision-making.
  • Reviewing client proposals to align client savings expectations with company financial goals.
  • Presenting pricing summaries to leadership for approval, including financial details and participating in deal review calls.
  • Engaging in contracting discussions, highlighting financial risks and benefits.
  • Communicating financial assumptions to the implementation team post-deal, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Adhering to pricing processes, delegation rules, and business controls.
  • Accounting for foreign exchange and inflation impacts in financial modeling.
  • Analyzing profit and loss statements, supporting ad hoc projects, and mentoring team members.
  • Leading and advising on large, complex opportunities spanning regions and product types.
Your qualifications
