As the internal support organization for DNV and DNV owned companies, we deliver shared services within Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Real Estate & Procurement to DNV globally. GSS is responsible for many of the tools, processes, and routines that create the backbone of DNV.

We are looking for a highly motivated Compensation & Benefits Sr. Specialist to join our Global Shared Services (GSS) Global Center in Pune. You will be part of a team responsible for delivering compensation and benefit processes within DNV organizations across South and North Asia, IMEA, and North America. The ambition of this new unit is to standardize global processes while tailoring compensation and benefits support to specific regional needs. You will also engage in various global projects, sharing and implementing your ideas.

Responsibilities
  1. Compensation:
  2. Conduct annual compensation processes, including salary adjustments and bonus calculations for various countries, managing documentation and third-party interactions.
  3. Collect data for market comparison and prepare benchmark reports to support salary budgeting.
  4. Model salary adjustment budgets and distribution criteria based on business and country-specific needs.
  5. Support and advise on country-specific applications of global compensation processes, considering legal requirements and other factors.
  6. Maintain market benchmarks, external statistics, and internal salary analyses in collaboration with regional teams.
  7. Support global profit share schemes, ensuring accuracy of employee data and salary parameters.
  8. Stay updated on compensation trends, legal regulations, and market benchmarks.
