Job Description:

Responsible for the competitive analysis, research, data, and innovative packaging to grow ARR. You will be responsible for understanding the value of our current offerings and maximizing new and existing ACV to help grow Tungsten Automation Corporation's recurring revenue business. Additionally, you will be responsible for pricing and packaging for new offerings that come to market (new product tiers, data offerings, etc.) as well as updating pricing for existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a cohesive company-level approach to pricing & packaging, including overall portfolio design and segment-specific pricing strategies.
  2. Accelerate revenue growth through the end-to-end ideation and execution of product monetization strategies across a product portfolio.
  3. Conduct customer research and collect customer insights to inform product pricing and packaging strategies, including bundling.
  4. Analyze data (e.g., usage, transaction, customer data) to inform key business trends and strategic decision-making at the executive level.
  5. Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product, Finance, BizOps, and GTM teams to bring products to market aligned with pricing and packaging long-term strategy.
  6. Collaborate with senior leadership to refine pricing strategy over time, including setting annual pricing strategies and facilitating quarterly pricing updates.
  7. Design & lead qualitative and quantitative sales and customer research to test strategy hypotheses on pricing & packaging.
  8. Conduct market research on competitors in similar and adjacent markets to inform pricing and packaging strategy.
  9. Persuasively communicate your findings and recommendations to all levels of management through clear presentations and mastery of qualitative factors that complement your analyses.
  10. Define and lead initiatives to simplify and improve pricing structures for Sales, Partners, and Customers.

Required Skills:

  • Understanding of SaaS pricing models
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
  • Executive presence, public speaking, deep critical thinking, and ability to articulate complex topics clearly and effectively

Required Experience:

  • 7-10 years of pricing or related experience
  • 7-10 years of B2B software pricing experience (SaaS preferred)
  • 7-10 years of software technology company or management consulting experience
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative strategic thinker with a love for tackling complex challenges
  • Experience managing multiple projects with complex stakeholder dynamics
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
  • Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product management
