We are recruiting for a Senior Client Coordinator to join our team in Cleckheaton. This role can be worked on a hybrid basis.

As the Sr Client Coordinator, you will manage multiple client relationships and serve as project owner from inception through completion. You will interpret client needs, oversee all facets of artwork production including packaging, prepress, industry standards, and requirements. You will ensure satisfactory resolution when resolving and problem-solving client issues as they arise.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creates and maintains the project work back schedule to ensure all tasks are assigned and completed on time.
• Initiates kickoff and solution review meetings, ensuring subsequent meetings or tasks occur in a timely manner.
• Directs project activities and monitors costs to ensure profitability.
• Meets with clients as needed, understands their expectations, and ensures compliance with protocols and brand/pharma requirements.
• Handles inquiries from clients or their representatives regarding questions, status reports, concerns, or requests for information.
• Monitors quality on the production floor and resolves conflicts/issues to keep projects on track.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Previous project coordination experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Occasional travel may be required locally, nationally, or internationally.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
• Solid understanding of mathematical concepts.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and clients.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to influence peers and management.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
