Sr. Capacity Planning Analyst, EU Transportation Associate Program

The Transportation Associate Program's Capacity Management team plays a crucial role in effective capacity planning and resource utilization optimization for the TAP program. We are seeking a highly talented and driven Analyst to lead data analysis, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage projects. In this role, you will act as the liaison between the Capacity Management team and Operations to produce accurate plans and monitor their execution.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Monitor planning metrics, compare actuals against plans (Daily/Weekly/Monthly), identify gaps, conduct in-depth analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to address them.
  2. Address daily capacity challenges and serve as the primary point of contact for planning with site and operations teams.
  3. Take ownership of end-to-end long-term improvement initiatives, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as planned driver utilization% and LH loaded drive time.
  4. Lead weekly capacity planning cycles, incorporate stakeholders' requests, and ensure efficient planning.
  5. Educate stakeholders on capacity planning topics and promote a self-service approach.
  6. Collaborate with Business Intelligence partners to request and develop dashboards and tools for S&OP execution.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. A degree
  2. Experience in planning and/or forecasting roles
  3. Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
  4. Experience owning and leading end-to-end improvement initiatives with a proven track record
  5. Relevant experience in analyzing large data sets, data quality, and data warehousing to identify improvement opportunities
  6. Relevant experience creating dashboards using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Prior experience as a capacity planner or S&OP analyst.
  2. Previous coding experience in R, Python, or VBA.
