Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: UK - Hybrid working from London, Milton Keynes, Leeds, or Newcastle

Are you seeking a career-defining role where you can leverage your skills to drive Business Intelligence improvements? Join us as our Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver impactful insights and shape strategic decisions.

This is a newly created role within a global BI team, working closely with EMEA sales teams and analysts, reporting to our US-based Sales Intelligence Director. You will lead data analysis initiatives, build strong stakeholder relationships, and utilize relational databases, SQL, and BI tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Domo, and Power BI to influence decision-making across the EMEA region.

You will collaborate with Sales Leaders to impact market strategies, margins, regional improvements, and business development, with both regional and global significance.

Work flexibility includes occasional outside of normal hours to coordinate with the global team. Ideally, you will be based within commuting distance of one of our UK offices: London, Milton Keynes, Leeds, or Newcastle, with an expectation of working 2-3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop analytical solutions
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards for complex datasets
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support strategic initiatives
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy in reports and analysis
• Create data presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Support stakeholders with analytical insights for decision-making
• Identify and implement process improvements and data optimizations
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging BI technologies
• Mentor junior analysts and promote data-driven decision-making culture
• Advise on process improvements within the AECO organization

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a Data or Business Analyst, with stakeholder management skills
• Experience in sales or marketing analytics
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or similar programming languages
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strategic thinking
