This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based at Amazon Development Center (Netherlands), focusing on building and expanding our Locker and Counter network in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. The role involves developing and executing strategies to improve Amazon's last-mile delivery solutions, working with cross-functional teams, managing strategic partnerships, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, possess strong analytical and relationship-building skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a significant opportunity to impact Amazon's delivery infrastructure and enhance customer convenience across Central Europe.

Key responsibilities include generating and implementing partner-specific expansion plans, creating and maintaining strategic relationships, monitoring partner performance, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Basic qualifications include a degree, advanced proficiency in German and English, and strong MS Office skills. Preferred qualifications encompass relevant professional experience in business development, strategic partnerships, negotiation, understanding of retail and logistics, data analysis, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
