EU Global Fleet and Products (GFP) within Amazon Logistics is seeking an experienced business development/vendor manager to oversee vendors maintaining and improving the EU Last Mile Fleet's operational readiness and fleet health. This role is ideal for a proven leader with expertise in business development, vendor management, and operations.
The Fleet Products team aims to expand as our fleet grows. We are looking for a manager to develop strategic programs and manage vendor execution supporting EU AMZL's last mile fleet. Responsibilities include building strategic partnerships, aligning third-party (3P) goals, and enforcing contractual mechanisms related to In-Life Services (ILS) and vehicle uptime. The individual will collaborate with Amazon and 3P executives to design strategies that enhance existing programs and develop new initiatives to increase maintenance and repair capacity. Strong business judgment and credibility with 3P C-Suite/VP levels are essential, along with operations and vendor experience. Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
