A leading global tech company is looking for a Quality Assurance professional in London. The role involves managing test execution, defect tracking, and ensuring compliance with QA methodologies. - Responsible for test execution and quality assurance of components and features.
- Share test knowledge with the team, audit SOP adoption and execution, and update procedures as needed.
- Track, collate, and report progress on key metrics with stakeholders (e.g., QA, development).
- Raise defects according to guidelines and manage bugs until closure.
- Perform root cause analysis for issues within your scope.
- Follow defined benchmarks for defect validity.
- Analyze defects, help prioritize, and escalate issues within your scope.
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions for new features or process changes.
- Provide floor support to peers and unblock them when necessary.
- Audit test execution and issues to ensure guideline compliance, and track deviations.
- Manage device & accessories, ensuring adherence to policies and availability.
- Identify improvements and contribute to process documentation.
- Be flexible to work from different locations/shifts as per project needs.
Astro is Amazon’s first household robot using AI and Intelligent Motion to interact with people and spaces. It helps with tasks like home monitoring and staying in touch with family, integrating advancements in AI, computer vision, sensor technology, voice, and edge computing to be helpful and convenient.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in QA methodology and tools
- BE, BTech, MCA, BSc Computers, BCA, MSc IT
- 2+ years of QA testing experience with manual testing skills
