We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager with experience in Sales and Account Management to help China-based sellers maximize their presence and business in Amazon's global marketplaces. The role involves introducing SCA (Supply Chain by Amazon) and AWD (Amazon Warehousing & Distribution) and providing first-class customer service. The Account Manager will build relationships with customers, deliver results, and provide post-sales support to third-party sellers. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, enhancing seller relationships, maintaining performance, and working with sellers to adopt logistics products and improve unit commitments. The role also requires proactive monitoring of accounts to address issues impacting seller utilization and feedback, with a focus on results and cross-functional collaboration for effective communication and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit sellers to adopt SCA programs (e.g., AWD) and drive their unit commitments, providing supply chain consultancy and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  2. Follow established processes, and improve productivity and efficiency through innovation and simplification.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of issues affecting seller performance and serve as the Voice of the Seller for product and process improvements.
  4. Generate high-quality seller insights to influence product teams and stakeholders, making seller operations easier.
  5. Identify key business opportunities within the territory and execute growth strategies.
  6. Consolidate SOPs into the business development framework and share best practices in account management.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience analyzing data and applying best practices to assess performance drivers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in client or vendor-facing roles focusing on relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience analyzing campaign metrics and deriving insights to improve performance.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and VBA.
