Job summary

Trafalgar House is recruiting a Pensions Implementation Developer to configure and onboard new pension schemes onto our administration systems. The role emphasizes SQL-based system implementation, data transformation and migration, working with analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.

Experience with IntelliPen is highly desirable, though strong SQL implementation experience on other pensions platforms will also be considered.

Qualifications

• Proven SQL Server development experience in pensions implementation, configuration or migration.
• Hands-on experience implementing or configuring a pensions administration platform.
• Strong SQL skills: complex queries, joins, data manipulation, stored procedures, views and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and configure new client pension schemes onto pensions administration platforms.
• Develop and maintain SQL-based components: queries, stored procedures, views, data conversion routines, validation scripts.
• Configure scheme-specific functionality: workflows, calculations, data structures, interfaces, reports and automated processes.
• Support onboarding from analysis through go-live and migrations.
• Produce data mapping, transformation and technical implementation documentation.
• Ensure changes are controlled, reviewed and safely deployed across environments.
