Lorien's client, a fast-growing, global-reaching SAAS company, is hiring graduate or junior SQL Developers to join their tech function in Glasgow on a hybrid basis.

You will work across data querying, performance tuning, testing, and deployment, with exposure to Power BI/SSRS and full software delivery lifecycle. The role offers up to £37,000 plus a bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Good hands-on understanding of SQL (data querying, manipulation, and ideally performance tuning).
• Ability to deliver code and configurations in line with requirements, standards and deadlines.
• Exposure to Unit/End-to-End Testing, defect management, and release processes.

SQL Developer (Graduate / Junior) - Glasgow (Hybrid) - Up to 37K plus Bonus

* 2/3 days in their Central Glasgow office, rest of the week working from home

Lorien's client, a fast-growing, global-reaching SAAS company with a great reputation in their domain, are currently looking to hire a couple of Graduate or Junior level Software Developers / Software Engineers with SQL skills to join their tech function team delivering data-driven solutions within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

This role is ideal for someone starting out in their software engineering career or who has kicked it off already but wants to join somewhere they know they'll be able to progress further, who enjoys working with complex data, solving technical problems, and seeing their work move through build, test and deployment. It offers a great blend of hands-on technical work, structured delivery, and real impact.

You'll be part of a collaborative team, helping to configure and deliver solutions aligned to business requirements, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accuracy and performance.

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role across the delivery lifecycle, including:
