This role involves managing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates should have a degree in finance or accounting, preferably holding a CPA, along with relevant experience in the field.

Qualifications

• CPA Strongly Preferred.
• 1-3 years prior public accounting/fund accounting experience in financial services.
• Exposure to investment companies such as hedge funds or similar accounting.

• Proper accounting and financial reporting for structured product vehicles.
• Compliance with legal documents and SEC custody rule by coordinating annual audits.
• Production of capital statements and holdings reports for investors.
