Job summary

Airswift is recruiting an experienced SPS Project Control Lead for our client, a leading international Oil & Gas company, to manage the Subsea Production System package. The role starts in Bristol, UK, with relocation to Baku, Azerbaijan as activities progress, on a 12‑month renewable contract beginning October 2026.

Responsibilities include project controls, contract management, planning/scheduling, cost control, risk monitoring, and reporting to the PMT across international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 10–15 years of experience in major oil and gas projects.
• Fluent English; French language skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPS package project control, including contracts planning & scheduling, cost control, risk management and reporting.
• Coordinate with PMT, contractors, and cross‑disciplinary teams.
• Review and administer contractor invoices, VO's and expenditures.
• Maintain engineering documentation control and correspondence registers.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for project control personnel.
