A leading company in consulting is seeking an experienced professional to implement and configure Sprinklr Modern Care solutions. The role requires over 10 years of experience in customer service software, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to ensure successful deployment and integration of solutions, while also providing training and support to end users.
Demonstrate expert level proficiency in implementing enterprise Social Relationship Platform, SaaS based, to serve as the infrastructure
10-12 years of experience in enterprise software deployment management and/or implementation including Sprinklr CCaaS
Configures Sprinklr changes of high quality in line with Business requirements
Proven knowledge in different Sprinklr modules like for example Social Media Management , Messaging: , (link removed) Email Management , (link removed) Voice Channel , (link removed) Omnichannel Routing , Analytics and Reporting , Agent Desktop etc.
Proven experience in implementing architectures that integrate Sprinklr with other systems in the Marketing Cloud
Demonstrate experience and a passion for the social media technology universe Fluency in social media platforms and direct experience in working with or for social media management software is preferred
Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight
Experience utilizing Adobe Design Suite CS4 or CS5 (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash)
Social Engagement across multiple accounts and channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Flickr, Foursquare, Slide-share, Blogs etc. ) including assignment workflows and content management including sourcing, curation and multi-channel publishing
Social Audience Management including influence and engagement scoring
Expertise in Social Analytics providing granular level channel and campaign reporting and insights
Social Integration enabling connections with existing enterprise transactional and reporting systems.

Design and configure the appropriate solution, so that all requirements are met and that client expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled
Experience in end user training Experience in effective delivery management and communicating with the customer stakeholder
Complete the execution of the software deployment in such a way as to anticipate future client needs or business requirements that may occur
Experience in proactive proposals working with internal Pre Sales teams to win new business and/or grow existing accounts including scoping projects and crafting implementation proposals
Analyzes requirements with the project sponsor/BU representative, determines the strategy for the proposal, and evaluates the feasibility.
Responsible for meeting project objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and for managing associated risks. Acts as the point of contact for the project.
Serve as an adviser and problem solver to clients and partners to assist them in optimising their use of the particular Campaign product suite to successfully define, build and run these applications on behalf of our clients.
Establish measurable criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs Good understanding of different architectures and familiar with multi-instance, multi- server environments Co-ordinate with third part vendors, Providers and support.

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
10+ years of experience in implementation and configuration of customer service software solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Sprinklr Modern Cares technical components and administrative features.
Experience with integrating customer service platforms with external systems (e.g., CRM, ticketing systems).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Strong technical documentation skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
1.Technical Configuration Skills : Proficiency in configuring Sprinklr Modern Cares/ CCaas technical components similar to Genesys, Avaya, NICE, including data ingestion, workflow automation, and reporting.
2. Sprinklr Modern Care Administration/ Any contact center Administration: In-depth knowledge of Sprinklr Modern Cares administrative features, including user management, role-based access control, and customization.
3. Integration and API Management: Experience with integrating Sprinklr Modern Care with external systems, including CRM systems, ticketing systems, and custom applications.
4. Project Management and Implementation: Ability to manage implementation projects, including project planning, timeline management, and resource allocation.
5. Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, with understanding of customer service operations and industry-standard frameworks.
Experience with UK retail industry and customer service operations.
Knowledge of industry-standard frameworks (e.g., Contact center, ITIL).
Certification in Sprinklr Modern Care or related technologies.
Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
