Job summary

Cento is seeking a Sprinkler Remedials Estimator for the Gillingham area with exposure to London and Home Counties projects. The role focuses on turning service reports into accurate remedial quotations and collaborating with project and design teams.

You will produce estimates for sprinkler remedial works, ensuring correct scope, commercial viability, and compliance with industry standards. A great opportunity for someone with sprinkler expertise and estimating experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the fire sprinkler industry, ideally in estimating or project management.
• Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems, LPC Rules and BS EN 12845.
• Ability to interpret construction and MEP drawings.
• Good commercial awareness and cost management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Review service reports and surveys to identify remedial requirements.
• Prepare accurate estimates, quotations and costings.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams to define project scope.
• Support project planning with labour, material and resource estimates.
• Ensure proposals comply with LPC Rules and BS EN 12845.

Sprinkler Remedials Estimator | Gillingham/London & Home Counties | Up to £55,000 (depending on experience)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge of sprinkler systems who enjoys turning service reports into accurate remedial quotations and working closely with project and design teams.

You'll be responsible for producing accurate estimates for sprinkler remedial works, ensuring projects are scoped correctly, commercially viable, and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review service reports and surveys to identify remedial requirements.
• Prepare accurate estimates, quotations and costings.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams to define project scope.
• Support project planning with labour, material and resource estimates.
• Ensure proposals comply with LPC Rules and BS EN 12845.
• Attend site visits where required to assess complex remedial works.

You\'ll Have
