Job summary

Kingdom People is seeking an experienced Sprinkler Remedials Estimator for a permanent role based in Gillingham. The position offers a salary up to £55,000 depending on experience, with Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 working hours and excellent benefits.

You will review service reports, site surveys and technical documentation to identify remedial works, preparing accurate estimates that comply with LPC Rules, BS EN 12845, and other industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire sprinkler industry, ideally in estimating/design or project management.
• Strong knowledge of LPC Rules and BS EN 12845.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Strong commercial awareness to prepare accurate estimates and quotations.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Review service reports, site surveys and technical documentation to identify remedial works.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations that comply with LPC Rules and BS EN 12845.
• Collaborate with Design, Projects and Service teams to ensure compliant, competitive solutions.
• Liaise with clients and contractors and undertake occasional site visits.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Are you an experienced Sprinkler Estimator with a strong understanding of fire protection systems? Do you enjoy turning technical information into accurate, commercially competitive proposals? If so, this Sprinkler Remedials Estimator role could be perfect for you!

This Sprinkler Remedials Estimator position is based in Gillingham. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:3017:00. The role is permanent and paying up to £55,000 depending on experience, with an excellent benefits package.

As the Sprinkler Remedials Estimator, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of remedial fire sprinkler projects across commercial, industrial and retail environments. You'll review service reports, site surveys and technical documentation to identify remedial works, preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations that comply with LPC Rules, BS EN 12845 and other relevant industry standards. Working closely with the Design, Projects and Service teams, you'll ensure remedial solutions are technically compliant, commercially competitive and aligned with customer requirements. You'll also liaise directly with clients and contractors, undertake occasional site visits and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.

You will need:

• Previous experience within the fire sprinkler industry, ideally in an estimating, design or project management role
• Strong technical knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and industry standards, including LPC Rules and BS EN 12845
• Experience interpreting architectural, structural and MEP drawings
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to prepare accurate estimates and quotations
