Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist experienced Sprinkler Fitters with the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems.
• Follow blueprints, specifications, and safety codes to ensure accurate system assembly.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, measure, thread, and assemble pipes and components.
• Transport and organize tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by removing debris and adhering to safety protocols.
• Support job site preparations, ensuring proper tools and supplies are available for tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
• Learn and apply fire safety codes, standards, and industry best practices under supervision.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in construction, plumbing, or mechanical systems is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport heavy tools and materials (50 lbs+).
• Comfortable working at heights, ladders, and in various environmental conditions.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools with a willingness to learn proper use and safety.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Willingness to undergo training and safety certifications as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
