Job Title: Sprinkler Fitter

Location: Glasgow covering whole of Scotland

Emtec Fire Systems part of the Sauter group of companies is a leading sprinkler installation and maintenance company, providing high-quality, innovative solutions across the UK. We are dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of fire safety and compliance in all our projects.

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Sprinkler Fitter to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for delivering clean, compliant, and consistent installations to a high standard.

This is a performance driven role where you’ll be expected to take ownership of your work, stay productive, and deliver quality results with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install sprinkler systems, pipework, supports, heads, and valves, to a high standard
• Work from drawings and instructions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Make sure installations are level, aligned, leak-free, and meet required specs
• Keep your work area clean, organised, and safe
• Plan ahead and flag material shortages or clashes early to avoid delays
• Check your own work to ensure top quality and reduce rework
• Follow all safety procedures, wear the correct PPE, and work to RAMS
• Use tools and equipment safely and correctly
• Support your team and communicate clearly with Foremen to keep things moving
