Are you a skilled Finishing Operative with hands-on experience in paint spraying, powder coating, or lacquering? We're currently working with a well-established and highly respected Birmingham-based manufacturing company seeking a dedicated individual to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role within a business known for producing high-quality, precision-crafted products for premium markets.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing and finishing metal components to an exceptional standard.
2. Applying paint, powder coating, or lacquer using appropriate techniques and equipment.
3. Ensuring a smooth and even finish in line with product specifications.
4. Quality checking finished items for consistency, colour match, and defect-free surfaces.
5. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in one or more of the following: paint spraying, powder coating, or lacquering (ideally on metal or high-end products).
2. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finishes.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
