Job summary

Echo House Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Sprayer to join our fast-paced production team. You will apply a range of finishes to cabinetry, furniture and fabricated items, working from drawings and technical specs.

The ideal candidate has proven professional spray painting experience in joinery or exhibition environments, can meet tight deadlines and maintain high‑quality finishes on wood, metal and plastics.

Qualifications

• Proven professional spray painting experience (essential).
• Experience spraying within joinery/exhibition/set-building/furniture manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of water-based paints, 2K polyurethane paints, lacquers, stains and finishes.
• Ability to achieve high-quality finishes on wood, metal, and plastics.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for spraying, including sanding, filling and finishing cabinetry, furniture and fabricated items.
• Apply a wide range of finishes using spray techniques and paint systems.
• Work from drawings, visuals, photographs and technical specifications.
• Colour match to approved samples and ensure finishes meet standards.
• Operate, clean, maintain and troubleshoot spray equipment (spray guns, air-assisted systems).
• Maintain spray booths, mixing areas and workspaces to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Communicate with production, fabrication and preparation teams.
• Manage workload to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor stock levels of paints and consumables and report replenishment needs.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures, COSHH regulations and company policies.
• Support Echo House’s sustainability initiatives and working practices.

Spray painting experience is essential for this role. We are seeking someone with a strong background in professional spraying techniques who can consistently produce high-quality finishes while working to tight deadlines.

Proven professional spray painting experience (essential)
