Sprayer

Location: Cirencester

Salary: up to £14p/h

Sprayer Overview:

Holt Engineering are seeking a skilled or semi-skilled Sprayer to join our client.

They specialise in producing internationally bespoke enclosures and sheet metal work for a variety of clients and sectors.

As a Powder Coat Sprayer, you will be responsible for operating the powder coat line and controlling the powder coating application process.

You will need a good understanding of the powder coating process to ensure high levels of quality and productivity.

Sprayer Responsibilities:

1. Daily application of powder coating to products.
2. Daily fault-finding and development of application processes.
3. Completing daily maintenance tasks on the plant.
4. Developing new paint schemes on the plant.
5. Ensuring finishing facilities are clean and tidy to maintain high-quality standards.
6. Developing skills and knowledge on the plant, understanding system limitations and identifying productivity improvements.

Sprayer Requirements:

1. Experience in powder coating (skilled or semi-skilled).
2. Ability to operate and maintain powder coating equipment.
3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
4. Good problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
