TXM are looking for paint sprayers in Bicester to work for a company shaping the future of electric transport.

Our client is looking for experienced paint sprayers from automotive, large vehicle, rail or similar industry to take on a temporary to permanent position.

This role will be working an early and late shift on a rotating basis Monday-Friday with both having an earlier finish on Fridays!

As a paint sprayer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Prepared and sprayed buses and large vehicles using HVLP and airless systems, ensuring high-quality finishes in line with manufacturer and customer specifications.
• Carried out masking, priming, top-coating, and refinishing of vehicle exteriors and interiors, maintaining attention to detail and consistency across all surfaces.
• Performed surface preparation including sanding, filling, and degreasing to ensure optimal adhesion and long-lasting paint application.
• Worked collaboratively with body repair and prep teams to meet tight production schedules while maintaining a clean and safe spray booth environment.
