Job Description:

We have been assigned by an NHS Teaching Trust in Yorkshire to recruit for their Specialty Doctor in Emergency Medicine vacancy on a permanent basis.

The Trust is renowned for its teaching, training, and support in an Emergency Department with facilities including: a 3-bay resuscitation room with dedicated paediatric cubicles, 5-bay 1st assessment areas, 10-bay majors areas, and an Urgent Treatment Centre.

The duties of the Specialty Doctor will primarily be clinical, with opportunities for teaching and supporting junior staff. The post holder will receive support for professional development and will gain excellent clinical experience. This role is especially suitable for those considering undertaking CESR, as experience in allied specialties to complete CESR will be supported. MRCEM or FCEM is desirable.

This is a permanent position with opportunities for CESR support.

The location is in one of the UK's beautiful rural counties, with good transportation links to Manchester and Leeds.
