Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable candidate to join our Sports Turf team behind the scenes. You will help ensure pitches and surrounding areas meet elite performance standards and assist with pitch renovation alongside our high‑performance turf staff.

The role involves outdoor work in all seasons, adapting to changing schedules, and access to our in‑house training, CPD opportunities, and a range of wellbeing and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Active contributor to a high-performance turf team, working closely with the Sports Turf team to bring the pitch strategy to life.
• Adapt to changing schedules and outdoor work in all seasons.
• Drive innovation in pitch renovation.

Job description
