An exciting opportunity has arisen with MSK Sports Injury Clinic to work in our multi-award-winning, 5-star state-of-the-art clinic in Westerhope. We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed Sports Therapist, Sports Rehabilitator, or Soft Tissue Therapist to join our rapidly growing and innovative team.

This position is a permanent salaried role working 30 hours per week, with hours between 07:00 - 18:40, Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday or Sunday from 07:00-12:40.

There is potential for progression to full-time employment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Sport Therapy / Rehabilitation or minimum Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and team skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and customer service
• Willingness to think creatively and contribute to service growth

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnoses
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve conditions and reduce pain
• Explain treatment procedures to clients
• Provide massage services to build the clinic's client base
• Work autonomously managing your own caseload
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Utilize outcome measures and sports massage modalities
• Promote the clinic via social media channels
• Respond promptly to all client communications
• Achieve set KPIs and drive 5-star client feedback
• Additional certifications such as Myofascial Dry Cupping, Medical Acupuncture, and Shockwave Therapy are desirable
