A leading construction contractor is seeking a Sports Landscape Technician to shape golf courses and sports surfaces. You will operate machinery and work on prestigious projects across the UK and Europe. Successful candidates will have experience in earthworks and be able to work autonomously. Sports Landscape Technician / Earthworks Specialist – UK & Europe

ReQuire are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a leading UK-based specialist contractor with a strong reputation in golf course construction and sports infrastructure across the UK and Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Golf Course Shaper or Earthworks Specialist to work on prestigious projects with an expert team delivering high-quality results.
Job responsibilities:
Operating excavators, dozers, and other plant machinery to sculpt golf courses and sports pitches
Working from architect/engineer plans to shape terrain, install drainage, and prepare for revegetation
Taking ownership of tasks and working unsupervised or as part of a professional crew
Travelling to project prestigious sites across the UK and Europe – staying away from home when required (accommodation & allowances provided)
The skills we are looking for:
Skilled in operating plant for earthworks, shaping, and finishing
Experienced in sports field or golf course construction
Comfortable interpreting plans and working safely on active construction sites
Organised, deadline-driven, and a good communicator
Hold a full UK driving licence
Able to travel and work flexible shifts

Rain Off Pay – up to 8 hours/day when work is called off due to weather
