We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sports Instructor to join our Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in the Chiltern District for the 2024/2025 academic year. Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality sports instruction and physical education programs.
2. Engage and motivate students with varying levels of ability and interest in sports.
3. Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with challenging behaviours and mental health needs.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth.

Requirements:

• Degree Qualified: A degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a sports-related subject is essential.
• Experience: Some experience working with teenagers, particularly those with challenging behaviours and mental health needs, is preferred but not essential.
• Skills: Strong communication, patience, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
