Protocol Education Limited is seeking a Sports Graduate to support students in a thriving secondary school in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will apply coaching and leadership skills to engage learners and develop behaviour support, with potential pathways into teaching and youth-oriented roles.

The role offers daily pay of £92.63–£115 PAYE, a full-time, immediate or September start, and long-term opportunities with ongoing CPD and career development within education.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sports Science, Sports Coaching, Physical Education or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring or youth work is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Support students one-to-one and in small groups.
• Use sports-based approaches to engage and motivate learners.
• Support positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Work with students with SEMH needs, ASC/ADHD and other learning needs.
• Deliver mentoring and intervention sessions.
• Promote teamwork, resilience and confidence.
• Support students in lessons and around the wider school environment.
• Build positive relationships to encourage engagement and achievement.
