Job Description:
We are looking for someone who:

- Has a passion for sport and holds a Sport Coaching Qualification (ideally Level 2 or above, but not essential).

- Holds a UK driver's license and can drive as part of the role.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Drive activity levels within Coventry, making our organization engaging for young people.
- Develop the activity schedule to support personal development.
- Lead and deliver the organization in line with strategic plans and KPIs.
- Ensure all sessions and projects reflect Empowr-U values.
- Promote our values within our community and partners.
- Recruit, nurture, and coordinate volunteers.
- Create engaging environments for children, young people, and communities.
- Influence new business opportunities aligned with our vision and mission.
- Promote a culture of safeguarding and safety for children and young people.
- Use feedback to improve practices and give young people a voice.
- Deliver training and mentor staff.
- Handle communication, logistics, and equipment preparation.
- Identify market gaps and opportunities.
- Develop professional relationships with stakeholders and maintain a positive public image.
- Lead in activity and personal development for 5-18-year-olds.
- Undertake CPD to meet delivery standards.
- Plan, promote, deliver, and evaluate activities in Coventry and Warwickshire.
- Support staff, trainees, and volunteers' development.
- Lead or assist with events and projects.
- Support publicity efforts and organizational development.
- Adhere to a code of conduct and organizational policies, including safeguarding and health and safety.
- Ensure high standards in activity delivery and safeguarding practices.
- Perform other duties as required, maintaining excellent timekeeping and communication routines.
